we aim to make items within a 6 to 8 week window from the date of ordering. despite our very best efforts, sometimes we can end up running a little late — please be patient with us if you can. if you’ve not received a shipping confirmation email yet, we are most likely still working on your order.
if you have received a shipping confirmation email and you’re waiting on your parcel, check the tracking info provided. you’ll be able to see where the parcel is at in its journey. if you think there is a problem, feel free to get in touch and i can look into this for you.

when you pay and place an order, an automatic confirmation email is sent to you. the most common reason for not receiving a confirmation email is an incorrect email address entered at checkout. if you didn’t receive yours, drop us an email and we can help.
if payment was never taken, or you experienced an issue during checkout, your order might not have successfully been placed. if you’re not sure, get in touch and we can check for you.

you might be able to cancel your order if we haven’t ordered your materials yet (this usually happens a couple of days after your order is placed). get in touch as soon as possible and we can try to help.
please note once your materials have been ordered we won’t be able to cancel your order. however there might be changes you can make, such as the size.

if you need to change the size of your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help — this is usually not a problem at all. it’s unlikely we’ll be able to add/remove items from your order.
if you want to check what you ordered, find your order confirmation email or view your order details by checking your account (if you have one).

this is usually no problem as long as the order hasn’t been packed and posted yet. get in touch as soon as possible and we’re happy to help.

more often than not, if there is a hold up during shipping, it tends to sort itself out in time. international items can sometimes get held at customs for more than a week or two before they clear.
if there has been no movement on the tracking for more than a couple of weeks, please feel free to get in touch and we can try and help.
