please carefully read our shipping policies before placing an order:
➥ if a courier has made multiple failed attempts to deliver your parcel and it is returned to sender, you will not be eligible for a refund on your original shipping cost and will be liable to pay a repeat shipping charge to receive your item/s.
➥ please make sure you provide the correct delivery info, as you will not be eligible for a refund if your parcel gets lost due to an incorrect address being provided. courier services are usually responsible for delivering to an address rather than to an individual, so it can be difficult to retrieve a parcel that gets delivered to an old address. consider setting up a mail redirect request from your old address to your new address to avoid this issue.
➥ if a parcel is declared lost by the courier service due to no fault of your own, you should be eligible for a full refund on your order.
➥ once your parcel has been shipped, it is no longer in my hands and I will not be able to predict/guarantee delivery dates or give updates on behalf of couriers. if delays occur, this is not in our control.
➥ if your parcel is taking longer to arrive than expected, please try to be patient. there are still delays in many areas of the world due to COVID-19 and BREXIT related changes.
